  5. Gently add 1 block silken tofu into the claypot. Place the marinated minced pork on top of tofu. Pour in mixed sauce. Cover claypot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  6. Open the lid after 10 minutes add prawns, broccoli florets and Shaoxing wine. Cook for another 5 minutes.
    Lastly add cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
  7. Garnish with sliced chilli and spring onion.
